The whole place is amazing and well maintained, spacy rooms with big bathrooms, close to city center and cathedral, friendly staff.

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the charming city of Ragusa in the month of February. The staff, including Michele and the Front office team, Deborah and the team at breakfast, and the team of the restaurant, were friendly and attentive. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a homely feel. The bathroom was well-equipped and spotless. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including cereals, pastries, fruits, and cold meats. the service and facilities provided at this hotel were exceptional.

One downside to our stay was the presence of tiny biting ants, which were unfortunately found throughout the hotel, including the bathroom.

Suite given instead of reserved room due to road work. Suite was large and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast room had historical ambiance. Convenient parking.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Sicily that exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal, situated on higher ground with easy access to the historic center and the beautiful Ragusa marina. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, with a well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel had a restaurant that served top-notch cuisine.

The laundry service could be improved with faster turnaround times.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was a real treat. The exclusive amenities provided fulfilled all my needs. The Spa & wellness centre with its sauna, massage and steam room was a welcome escape from the bustling city. The sun terrace overlooking the stunning location was a highlight. The restaurant had delicious special diet menus and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a pre-dinner cocktail. Breakfast in the leisure room provided an excellent start to the day.

One minor issue was that the private facilities had some trouble with the sink and there was no plug to allow water to be caught. The staff were wonderful and very attentive to my needs, except for laundry service which took a little longer than expected.

We visited this hotel during the Easter holidays and appreciated the free chocolates and Easter eggs that were offered upon check-in. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and pastries, and the staff was friendly. The location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions.

The hotel lacked proper sound insulation, as we could hear the noise from the street and other rooms. The room décor was outdated and the furniture was worn.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the clean and spacious room to the fantastic breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, anticipating our needs and providing great service. The hotel is conveniently located near the old part of town, making it easy to explore and visit. The bed was incredibly comfortable with nice soft pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. a great experience at Relais Antica Badia - San Maurizio 1619.

We were lucky to attend a wine dinner during our stay at Relais Antica Badia - San Maurizio 1619. The reasonably-priced dinner included wine and exceeded our expectations. The following morning, we enjoyed breakfast in the elegant Baroque rooms with a stunning view of the Cathedral. The staff at the hotel were extremely professional and helpful, ensuring our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms themselves were beautifully decorated and maintained to a high standard, providing a comfortable and clean environment. The highlight of our stay was the use of the living room after checkout, a thoughtful touch that further enhanced our overall experience.
