The location of the hotel was amazing! It was close to Trastevere and had plenty of restaurants nearby. Additionally, the bed in the room was large and very comfortable. The room and bathroom were also spotless, which was a plus.

There were a couple of negatives. The reception staff were friendly, but they were often talking loudly on the phone and it made it difficult to rest in the afternoon.

The rooms are modern and comfortable, with extra touches like a mini fridge and nespresso machine. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The location is fantastic, with easy access to popular attractions and convenient public transportation. Highly recommend the nearby Al Forno di Roscioli for breakfast.

The location was ideal, within walking distance to major attractions and a variety of restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, both in person and through email communication. The room was comfortable and quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The breakfast service, though not utilized, seemed convenient with the option to order and have it delivered to the room. The unique old elevator added charm to the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Arenula Suites. The location was perfect, being very close to the lively Trastevere area with its abundance of restaurants and bars. We also found it convenient to have multiple bus stops nearby. Claudia, the staff member who greeted us, was incredibly helpful. Despite only having a short amount of time in Rome, she provided excellent advice on how to make the most of our stay and ensured we visited all the must-see attractions. Claudia even went the extra mile by recommending some great restaurants. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean. We were also grateful for the option to store our luggage and freshen up before departing.
