Staying at Arenula Suites was lovely. The environment felt homey with its charming decor, and we especially appreciated the inclusion of a coffee maker and complimentary drinks in the mini bar. It’s located in a central area, making it easy to reach notable sites in just a short stroll. However, navigating the building can be trickier than expected.

The bathroom had nice fixtures and was very clean.

The location was perfect for exploring. just a few steps away from major attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Vatican. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch, although having the same menu every day felt a bit limiting.

Room was proper spacious with a nice courtyard view, and we loved the complimentary wine—such a lekker touch! Chommies at reception were super helpful with directions, making everything easy-peasy. It's also in a quiet area but close enough to all the jols and sights, like the Pantheon and Trastevere, all walkable!

Just a bit tricky to find when you first arrive, but nothing a good map can't sort out.

The check-in instructions were a total hassle, and communication from management was painfully slow!!! Also, a lack of iron in the room was inconvenient, particularly for someone in a hurry!!! Soundproofing needs serious improvement, as the noise from the reception was bothersome!!!

the hotel was nice at first glance but, the staff was completely disinterested, with headphones in! not even a friendly chat! very unprofessional. I was also shocked there was no coffee machine in my room. how could I possibly wake up without it? honestly, I expected a room upgrade for all this inconvenience, but was obviously treated like everyone else. so dissapointing.

It's a bit tricky navigating the building—like a treasure hunt but without the gold! Also, those small room steps felt like an unexpected game of hopscotch every time I had to go to the bathroom.

We had a wonderful experience! Spacious Deluxe Double Room, daily cleaning, very helpful staff, and beautiful location close to main attractions! Perfect for walking everywhere!

It was a real treat having such a spacious room,, what a frame for relaxation after a day of walking. The location was a game changer,, everything we wanted to see was just a stroll away, especially enjoyed dinner out in Trastevere where we found this amazing little pizzeria that had slices to die for. !

The price was not exactly a steal,, but honestly,, worth every penny.

I had a nice time during my stay. The location was convenient for walking to major attractions. I enjoyed a tasty breakfast each morning, and there was a good selection of coffees and teas available. On one occasion, I struggled to get in due to unclear check-in instructions, but once inside, I appreciated the spacious layout and high ceilings of the room. It reminded me of home back in Italy.

The spacious Junior Suite featured modern decor, and the comfortable bed made it easy to unwind after exploring nearby sights. An inviting cafe next door offered delightful homemade pies and jams that were a highlight of the stay. However, the communication from management could be slow, especially outside of regular hours, which added a layer of inconvenience. Additionally, navigating the building proved a bit complex at times.

stayed at arenula suites for a night. the comfy king size bed made for a great sleep, and soundproof windows kept it nice and quiet. location was perfect, just a short walk to the great synagogue of rome. communication with the staff was easy and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

would recommend.
