The hotel's location was perfect, right next to Via Monte Napoleone, one of the best shopping districts in the world. The staff couldn't do enough for me and did it with a smile. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel facilities were modern and elegant. The cleanliness was exceptional.

Got to enjoy complimentary breakfast and room service during our stay. The hotel was located near a popular shopping district and had easy access to public transportation. The room was well-lit and had a very comfortable bed.

The amenities provided were not refilled in a timely manner causing us to run out of basic necessities such as towels. , the room felt small and crowded.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a luxurious and exclusive experience. The attention to detail was impeccable, with every need fulfilled. The exclusive spa and wellness centre was a highlight, with a range of treatments available in the serene and relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the in-room breakfast, which was a delicious and indulgent way to start the day.

The only minor issue we encountered was the size of the swimming pool, which was smaller than expected. However, the indoor facilities more than made up for this, with a sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi all available for use.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the fashion district, making it convenient for luxury shopping and access to all the boutiques. Plus, being in the Armani shop downstairs gives you a true sense of elegance and style. The rooms have the newest technology and the staff are friendly, ensuring a memorable stay.

The communication with spa personnel could be improved, as they seemed to struggle with understanding English.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was on a high level of service, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the hotel facilities. The location was perfect for shopping and enjoying Italy's fashion scene, with high-end brands just a stone's throw away on Monte Napoleone. The subway station was conveniently located right next to the hotel, making transportation around the city a breeze. The attention to detail was exceptional, with everything beautifully decorated and personalized. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices and the staff were friendly and helpful.
