the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the breakfast options were excellent, with a wide variety to choose from, including freshly made omelettes. the hotel also offered the option to book tours with convenient pickup from the hotel. the location was perfect, just a short and safe walk away from the city center. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value for money and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Krakow and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit small. The breakfast selection was good and I especially enjoyed the garden restaurant area. The staff, especially Magda, were professional, friendly, and helpful. They even provided complimentary water in the rooms and had a great wifi signal. The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk from both the train station and the St. Florian Gate side of old town. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit.

The lack of seating options besides the room. It would have been nice to have a place to sit and relax in the garden.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide selection of food. The complimentary bottle of champagne in my room upon arrival was a lovely touch. The hotel's location in a quiet area allowed for a peaceful stay while still being within walking distance of all the attractions Krakow has to offer. I can't wait to return to Art & Garden Residence.

I had a fantastic stay at Art & Garden Residence. the suite we stayed in made our trip more special, especially with the bottle of fizz in the room for our anniversary. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with good furnishings and decor. the daily room service kept everything spotless, and it was a nice touch to have bottled water and refreshments provided. the breakfast had excellent quality and a great choice of options, and the meals in the evening were delicious and beautifully presented. the staff were professional, friendly, and everything was very well organized. We also appreciated the glass of fizz we received on arrival.

Lacking relaxation area for non-eating guests.

I recently stayed at a low-budget hotel in a quiet suburb. The location was perfect, on a quiet street not too far from the main square. The room was spacious and had a modern decor. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great selection of fresh food. Plus, I loved spending time in the well-kept tidy garden they had. It was a peaceful oasis close to the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hotel lacked a bar area, which would have been nice for a casual drink.
