our stay at suites trastevere was fantastic, far exceeding our expectations from previous visits in rome. the cleanliness and the welcoming basket of treats made it feel like a home away from home. max and the staff were incredibly helpful and made our experience truly special.

During my stay, I encountered several disappointing issues. The shower pressure was quite low, making it frustrating to freshen up after long days of sightseeing. Additionally, while a breakfast hamper was promised, the options were quite limited and felt meager, leaving me craving more variety. To top it off, I faced some noise disturbances from the street, which affected my sleep quality.

We stayed in a room with a hot tub and loved the beautiful decor. The private bathroom had a rainfall shower and free toiletries. Room was spacious with a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, and minibar. The hosts gave us great tips on local spots, making it feel like a true Roman experience!

Suites Trastevere has a fantastic location with easy access to public transport, making exploring Rome simple. Our room was clean, and the staff was helpful, especially Helena, who assisted us with train tickets. However, the breakfast options were limited, and our request for two single beds was not met upon arrival. Great for a short stay!

such an abysmal experience at suites trastevere! i was woken multiple times by noise from neighbors, and the bath, which was impossibly high to step into, had no grab bar. lastly, after all this, a simple complimentary gesture or an upgrade wouldve been nice but clearly, some guests mean less here. just couldn't bring myself to give a good review.
