the temperature in the room was so warm that I felt like I was in a sauna, and I had to sleep with the door open while it snowed outside. breakfast service was just terrible, which is wild considering I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t since I expected better treatment for the price we paid.

We absolutely loved the convenient location on the main street, just a short walk from the train station and the Gornergrat railway. The rooms are beautifully renovated, offering stunning views of the Matterhorn, which made our mornings truly special. The breakfast at the restaurant was a delightful experience, and we were pleased to have discovered it by chance.

Heated bathroom floor was a nice touch.

But I must say, the towels were so big, they could double as a parachute! And the view of the Matterhorn made my morning coffee feel a tad jealous, if you know what I mean!

It was just a good pick for a short staycation in Zermatt with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff were incredibly kind and even prepared a small salad bar for our group, which made our meal special. Make sure to ask about the local food options as they have great recommendations.

Location couldn't have been better, just a hop from the train station. Folks at the front desk were as warm as fresh cornbread. We got a cozy night's sleep 'cause our room faced the back. The walk to explore all them restaurants and shops was a breeze.

Room design was stunning, with beautiful views and a spacious bathroom. The restaurant experience was disappointing. the food lacked flavor. Plenty of hiking opportunities around the area.

Canny place, like! The staff were proper friendly, especially at check-in. Room had a lush view of the Matterhorn, which made waking up lovely. Just a shame the breakfast was a bit basic, could do with a bit more variety. Made my stay enjoyable though!

A bit pricey during high season.

the restaurant service was really slow! but the woman at the front desk was amazing, she helped us with a second room next to my daughter. Also, she made great restaurant recommendations which were phenomenal! loved the balcony views too.

The location was incredibly central, making exploring Zermatt simple. The staff were exceptionally nice, always ready to help with advice. I appreciated the dry cleaning service and the availability of tours.

The breakfast options could be improved to offer more variety. Also, I wish the room was a bit more modern.

The front desk staff made the experience truly delightful. their warm demeanor and helpful nature stood out noticeably. The twin room featured a beautifully designed space that maximized utility, complete with gold taps and a stunning view from the balcony. Breakfast was memorable, especially the overnight cinnamon oats and the soft, crispy bread. However, the room facing the street had some noise issues, which could be distracting, and a lack of cooling during warmer months may be uncomfortable.

Great location with plenty of dining options and conveniently close to the station. The WiFi was reliable, and the room had nice space for our family. Simply loved the cozy ambiance and quick access to everything!

Unfortunately, the towels were so oversized that I felt like I was being wrapped in a duvet! Also, a little more cheer from the staff wouldn't hurt—it's not a funeral after all!
