The interior design of the hotel was beautiful and eye, catching. It really added to the overall experience of staying there. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist us with any questions or requests we had. the hotel's gym may be small, but it offered high, quality equipment and facilities. It was perfect for a quick workout during our stay. the location of the hotel was ideal, with the train and bus stations nearby. This made it convenient for exploring Venice and other cities in the region. the food at the hotel's restaurant was of high quality and delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and taste of the dishes.

The check, in process was not very pleasant. the person at the front desk was not very professional and it was difficult to communicate with them.

We got great value for our money at Four Points. The room was modern and lovely, with both a bath and a shower. During my Christmas stay, I really liked the comfortable and spacious rooms. the beds were especially cozy and provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the staff members were very helpful and friendly, making the overall experience pleasant.

There were a couple of things that I disliked about the hotel. the location was quite far away from the main attractions.

The hotel provided a superb experience, with top-class facilities and a modern, clean design. It is conveniently located near the Mestre Ospedale train station, making it easy to reach Venice in just 15 minutes. Additionally, there is a large Auchan mall within walking distance for those interested in shopping. The hotel offers free, secure parking for guests, which is a great advantage. The breakfast provided was also excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a few minor issues that could bother some guests. The walls of the room were a bit dirty in some places, which is common in hotels but may be expected to be better in a place like this.

We had the best experience at Four Points. After a disappointing stay at another hotel, the receptionist gave us a bigger room to help us recover from the stress. The staff was helpful with travel advice and the hotel had convenient bus tickets for Venice. The cleanliness and functionality of everything was exceptional. I had a great experience staying at this luxury hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the bartender who recommended a fantastic local winery. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and offers excellent services. The location is convenient, with a bus station nearby that takes you to many places around. I also loved the beautiful inner garden where I could relax even after the bar closed. Parking was a breeze with free spaces available. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families.

This place felt more like a business hotel than a leisure venue, but that's not a real downside. I just would have appreciated having coffee in the inner garden.
