The hotel is perfectly located just opposite the ferry terminal, making it extremely convenient for exploring the surrounding areas. You can easily hop on a ferry and visit beautiful towns like Bellagio, Varenna, and Menaggio. The hotel also offers stunning views of the lake, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the area. The rooms are comfortable and offer great amenities, including balconies with breathtaking views. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options to suit every taste.

Some staff members in the bar were occasionally rude, which could have been improved with better training.

During our Christmas stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning lakeside views from our room. the room was clean and spacious with a convenient fridge. the location was also ideal as it was easily accessible from the ferry dock. the accommodating staff catered to our dietary restrictions, which made our stay all the more pleasant.

The quality of the breakfast was subpar, with a lot of canned food and lukewarm choices. the decor of the hotel was quite cold and bright, which took away from the cozy Christmas vibe.

the location was perfect, within walking distance of Villa Colletta and easy access to Belagio. the breakfast at the hotel was top notch, with a good selection and great coffee. the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and well equipped. I can't recommend this place enough, especially considering the reasonable price. Our room on the 7th floor was brilliant.

The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. The location was perfect for first-time visitors, with easy access to water transportation and plenty of restaurants, shops, and sightseeing opportunities nearby. The hotel is well-inhabited with tours, so there were lots of great people to meet. We even had a wonderful dinner at the hotel one evening.
