The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city without needing transportation. We were close to everything, including the city center and the Cathedral, making sightseeing extremely convenient. The room we stayed in was spacious, with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the city. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious foods to start our day.

The air conditioning in one of our rooms wasn't working properly, and despite the staff's efforts, they were unable to fix it.

the premier collection in strasbourg exceeded my expectations. the stunning 19th century architecture, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast buffet made my stay unforgettable. the helpful and attentive staff, especially herr emmanuel, provided exceptional service and made me want to extend my stay.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and had a really enjoyable experience. It's located in a peaceful, residential area within walking distance of the city's main attractions. The staff was outstanding, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed; ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and tea and coffee-making facilities. We were pleasantly surprised by the turndown service, something we had not experienced before.

If you're looking for a hotel in a central location, this might not be the place for you. However, we found it quite refreshing to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the lovely view from our windows. the complimentary sauna access was an unexpected bonus. the staff was attentive, and the breakfast was sumptuous with great variety. We also appreciated the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, and the parking was handled by valet.

While we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, there were some aspects that could have been improved. the key arrangement was a bit dated, with heavy keys attached, which could be a hassle for some.
