we loved the convenient location of city seasons towers hotel, just a short walk from a major metro station and close to a shopping mall. the breakfast offered was excellent and added great value to our stay. the staff, including mr ashfi from housekeeping and mr sithik at the front desk, were extremely cooperative and made our experience memorable.

The location was superb, right next to a bustling mall and with the metro station a stone's throw away, making it super convenient for exploring around. The friendly staff and the clean, comfortable rooms made the stay pleasant. The room setup was a bit off with the combined beds, but it didn't spoil the overall great experience. 🌟

The top-level service and polite staff at City Seasons Towers Hotel Bur Dubai truly stood out during my stay for a business trip, chosen by my director. We have visited several times this year and have always been impressed with the exceptional service. I must mention Ashvin from the housekeeping team, who delivered excellent service. the hotel's location near Burjuman metro station provides convenient access to Downtown and Old Dubai. the proximity to a mall and restaurants adds to the overall convenience.

City Seasons is centrally located with many restaurants and shops nearby. Connected to Burjuman Center for convenience. Clean rooms, excellent housekeeping, and responsive staff. Free parking, good WiFi, and affordable meals available. Great for first-time visitors in Dubai, close to metro station and amenities.

Missed vacuuming carpet once. Promptly rectified without issue.

Staying at this hotel was a breeze. the location is superb, just a stone's throw away from BurJuman station. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. the room was cozy and clean, with all the amenities we needed. Being close to Burjuman mall and a metro station made exploring Dubai so convenient. the small pool on the roof was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. the breakfast spread was impressive, offering plenty of choices to start the day off right.

One thing that could be improved is the noise isolation in the rooms. Traffic noise from outside could be heard even when the windows were closed, which disrupted our sleep a bit.

It's always a pleasure staying at City Seasons Towers Hotel Bur Dubai for business trips. The convenient location near Burjuman mall and metro is a big plus. Despite minor breakfast issues, the staff's warmth and efficiency make every stay memorable. Looking forward to returning!
