We had a magical time at Splendido. The breakfast was superb, the room had exceptional sea views, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel was clean and the pianist was fantastic. We loved the food and drink choices, the swimming pool, and the frequency of the free shuttle service. The decor and quality of furniture were also excellent. we couldn't have asked for more during our stay.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The location is amazing and the staff were delightful. Breakfasts on the terrace are very special. The room and bathroom was sizable and very functional. They provided prosecco and snacks which were a lovely touch. Everything we wanted or needed was provided. The pool and dining had great views and our breakfast was included. Dinner was fabulous and the ambiance was sophisticated. It is nice during a long trip to dress up and take the time to enjoy the stars and moon, food and conversation. The piano bar was a fabulous ending to a wonderful night. We had a very international group in the bar and everyone interacted fabulously!

Felt cozy, no complaints.

The breakfast selection was excellent with a stunning view. The staff, particularly Luca Chiesa, provided the best service I have ever experienced. The room and bathroom were spacious and functional, with added touches like prosecco and snacks. The pool and dining areas had fantastic views, and breakfast was included. Dinner was fabulous and the ambiance was sophisticated. The piano bar was a fabulous ending to the night.

The breakfast was absolutely superb, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the views from our room were exceptional, especially the stunning view of the sea. It really added to the romantic atmosphere of our escape. Additionally, the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

One aspect that we didn't particularly enjoy was the high cost of car travel, water taxis, and trips organized through the concierge. It required a significant amount of cash, which was not very convenient.

We had the most incredible dining experience at Belmond Hotel in Portofino. The restaurant overlooked the breathtaking bay, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The service was impeccable, and the food was exceptional. We indulged in the most delicious dishes, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a delight for our taste buds. It was a dining experience we will cherish forever. I highly recommend this hotel for its unforgettable dining experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The stunning view from the hotel's location above the city was absolutely breathtaking. The room I was upgraded to, room #101, had an incredibly spacious balcony, which was a highlight for me. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of selections, and the staff always made sure to accommodate my favorite bowl of blueberries. The hotel's spa was also very relaxing, with a great selection of treatments. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food was also top-notch, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The pool area was a highlight, with a relaxing atmosphere and breathtaking views. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

One downside I noticed was the occasional presence of wasps during mealtimes. It was a bit annoying to have to constantly shoo them away while trying to enjoy my meal.

Guests can also easily walk to the nearest beach with umbrellas, avoiding the need to navigate through busy roads. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with classic Italian luxury furnishings. The service is impeccable, with excellent housekeeping and multilingual staff who complement guests' attempts to speak Italian. The breakfast buffet is glorious, and the restaurant offers stunning views of the bay. The pool is a highlight, with its seawater heated pool and one of the best views in the world.
