We celebrated our 10-year anniversary and the hotel helped us arrange a private beach dining experience where I proposed to my partner. The level of customer service was unrivaled, with our dedicated waiter Giuseppe going above and beyond to ensure a perfect night. The locally sourced products and olive oils introduced us to a variety of flavors. The surprise live musician was the icing on the cake. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff provided personal recommendations for the best Sicilian dishes. The private beach was a true paradise, with attentive staff providing fresh fruit and drinks.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach hotel. The staff were charming, friendly, and eager to help. They knew our preferences and used our names, making us feel welcomed and valued. The cooking in the restaurant was excellent, and the staff provided impeccable service. The hotel's location offered terrific sea views, and we could easily shuttle to the sister property and explore the historic city nearby. The hotel facilities, such as the beach service, the shuttle buses, and the cable car, made our trips convenient and enjoyable.

The beach attendants were friendly, providing refreshing drinks and fresh fruit. The setting was stunning, with well-maintained grounds, a beautiful beach, and a lovely pool. The staff consistently provided excellent service, and the included boat trip and Ape tour were delightful.

The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to assist us with any requests. The hotel had thoughtful touches, like complimentary shuttle service to their sister hotel in the city center, breakfast in bed, and a VIP beachside treatment. The spa, pool, and gym were all top-notch. we had a perfect stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

All was perfect.

We recently went on a romantic escape to a hotel in Sicily. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering stunning views of the turquoise water and Mount Etna. We were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and calm water. The spacious rooms were well-appointed and had amazing bath products. The hotel amenities were also great, with an infinity pool and a small spa for massages and treatments. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were a few drawbacks to our experience. it was quite difficult to find the hotel entrance, even with GPS.

We were amazed when we arrived at Villa Sant'Andrea and were upgraded to a deluxe junior suite with a massive terrace, just like in the database review. The setting was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The food and wine were unmatched and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace, sipping cool rosé in the evening, just like in the review. The hotel felt more like an elegant house than a hotel, adding to the charm of our stay. we had a joyous experience and look forward to returning soon. I highly recommend this hotel.
