We had a great stay at a hotel in Palermo. the rooms were spacious and the staff quickly cleaned them for us. We also appreciated the little balcony with a view of the garden across the road. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to must-see attractions and the Capo market. We even took a walking tour that included the market and it was fantastic. the hotel also had a good restaurant nearby called Re Borbone. we had a nice experience at Best Western.

There were several aspects of our stay that we were disappointed with. the beds in our room were very uncomfortable, with uneven mattresses that creaked loudly every time we moved.

Situated in a quiet street right in the city center, it allowed us to easily explore all the main attractions on foot. We even stumbled upon a lovely local bakery nearby, adding to the charm of the neighborhood. Additionally, the hotel provided parking facilities, which was a major bonus for us as we were traveling by car.

From check-in to departure, everything was good. Helpful staff, easy car parking, great location. Room was spacious and in good order. Enjoyed our stay.
