Liked everything.

the location is an absolute nightmare for someone who wants to enjoy Rome. Takes forever by bus to get anywhere. Also, 4 small bottles of water charged at 10 euros? Ridiculous. And to top it off, no welcome gift or room upgrade? I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

Howay, man! The staff here were proper canny, especially Andrea at the front desk. He sorted us out with directions and transport like a champ. The breakfast spread was lush, but the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at night. Still, would come back again for the hospitality!

Fridge used without clear price list was odd.

the air conditioning was a total joke, claimed it would be repaired but obviously that was a lie. i also discovered the hotel charges for parking, just outrageous! And, really, no welcome gift or even a room upgrade? it’s like they forgot i existed. i was almost going to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

We enjoyed visiting the local zona around the hotel, using the bus to reach additional attractions nearby that made our trip special. Having our son's autism support dog with us made the experience even more pleasant as the staff was accommodating.

My wife says that a small games area would be great.
