Outstanding location near historical sites.

I encountered difficulties when trying to park my car. The parking entrance was not clearly marked, making it confusing to navigate, and I had to reverse out of tight spaces. I also found the carpets to be worn and the decor quite tired, which was disappointing for what I expected from a four-star hotel.

Spotlessly clean rooms and a lovely glass elevator added charm to my stay. The friendly staff quickly provided hot water and coffee when I asked, making me feel welcome.

Finding the entrance to parking was a hassle with narrow streets. I struggled with noise from the neighboring rooms which disrupted my peace and rest.

Had an amazing group vacation! The location was key. we were close to plenty of bars and restaurants. The staff were super helpful with tips for excursions to the Roman museums. The hotel was spotless, and our room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, too. Don't miss out on the stylish downstairs bar!

Comfortable room, fantastic location, with easy access to underground parking and modern amenities like good Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The staff was super friendly and attentive the room was really clean. The shower was great lots of good toiletries. Good wifi and air con made for a pleasant stay. Perfect location, right near the Basilica too!

Totally satisfied.

We had a lovely time exploring the city, especially enjoyed the Roman museums, the River Port and the Forum were highlights. With the hotel's friendly staff, we felt welcomed and comfortable. Plus, breakfast was a hit with the whole family, including my mum!

In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly dining options would enhance the experience.

Great proximity to the bus and tram station made it easy to get around. Room was clean and spacious with a mini fridge and toiletries provided. Helpful staff at reception gave good advice on exploring the area.

No complaints from me.
