The location of the hotel offers direct access to nature, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The staff, such as Esteban in the bar and Elvisa at the front desk, are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay experience.

The jacuzzi was not operational during our visit, limiting some opportunities for relaxation.

The staff members really made our stay enjoyable! Esteban, the bartender, was always there with a smile and some great recommendations for mountain adventures. We also loved Elvisa at the front desk who was helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the mountain village. The breakfast was delicious and filling, just what we needed for a day of skiing.

The Jacuzzi was out of order during our stay and the lounge area wasn't as cozy as we would have liked. The lighting was harsh and the atmosphere was a bit cold. It would be great if they could add some comfortable seating and make the space more inviting for guests to relax after a long day on the slopes. the staff and location helped make up for any shortcomings in the amenities.
