Great value for the money, with a spacious and clean room that had plenty of amenities. The location was fantastic, right across from a fun putt putt golf and bowling alley. The friendly and kind staff made our stay even more enjoyable, especially for the kids.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and had 4 families staying at this hotel. The rooms were outstandingly clean, with plush and comfortable beds that we didn't want to get out of. The hotel was quiet, with well-lit parking lot at night. It had a great location, making it easy to travel to nearby stores. The selection for breakfast was excellent, offering hot options along with the standard cereal, muffins, and fruits. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, and their honesty when I left behind my Apple ear pod pros was greatly appreciated. it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely book another reservation here.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express Tyler South were exceptional! We were greeted by a friendly and helpful young man at check-in who gave us great recommendations for nearby attractions. Our room was surprisingly spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast area was large and we never had trouble finding a seat. our stay was enjoyable and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Restful night

I arrived at 6 pm to check in and had to wait for about 15 minutes as the room was not ready. However, once I got to my room, I found it clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a restful night's sleep and the breakfast in the morning offered a good variety of choices. The staff was busy but still friendly. it was a pleasant stay, although it would have been perfect if the room was ready on time.

The indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub were the highlight of the visit - very quiet and well maintained. Comfortable bed and heavenly pillows. Best breakfast I've had in a motel. Pleasant lady at the desk offered places of interest.
