The hotel had stunning views of the lagoon, and we enjoyed the fresh sea breeze during our stay. the location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the main square and close to the water bus stop. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Additionally, our room had a beautiful decor and a nice deep tub in the bathroom for a relaxing soak.

The air conditioning in the hotel was not functioning during our visit, which was disappointing considering the warm weather. We received inconsistent answers regarding the issue, and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience.

The hotel's location near the Arsenale stop was very convenient for transportation. It was close to everything but just outside of the busy areas. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bucintoro for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from St. Marks Square and other attractions in Venice. The vaporetto station is also nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The real highlight of my stay was the room I had - Room No. 501. It had a lovely little outside terrace with a beautiful view of the grand canal. It was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee or have a glass of wine in the evening. The hotel staff, especially Stephano, the concierge, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They recommended some amazing restaurants nearby, and the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a great selection and excellent coffee. The hotel even has a hidden bar where I enjoyed some fantastic handcrafted cocktails. I would definitely stay at Hotel Bucintoro again and highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I loved the location, right on the waterfront and away from the busy shopping area. It was a great spot to stroll along the promenade to the Arselenale. The room was spacious and had great amenities like air conditioning and an in-room safe. The staff was excellent and provided amazing service from the cleaners to the receptionists.
