absolutely terrible experience! I was shocked to find out it’s a religious hotel, honestly not what I expected. I even thought about giving a good review because of the friendly reception, but they didn’t even offer me a free upgrade to my room, which woudl ve been nice.

This isn’t a hotel, but more of a religious retreat!!! The reception staff are not welcoming, sound travels too easily between rooms, and the bathrooms are in desperate need of renovations!!!

do not be fooled, this so-called hotel is just a religious retreat. the staff practically glare at you if you ask for help, and good luck getting your deposit back after they charge your whole stay upfront. i was really hoping for a room upgrade, but guess that's too much to ask. just couldn’t give them a good review.

This place is perfect for families! We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the easy access to public transport, making it simple to explore sights like the Vatican. Plus, our quadruple room was clean and spacious enough for me, my wife, and our aunt.

this place is a great value for the price! the staff were super friendly and nice, even tho they had a bit of a language barrier. breakfast was pretty good, with croissants and yogurt every day. the location felt safe and they got a beautiful garden to chill in. plus, it’s close to bus stops, so that’s a win!

the rooms were a lil outdated and it got kinda cold at night. also, the traffic noise is no joke, which made it hard to sleep sometimes.

This place was just a top selection for a passing visit in Rome with good value. I really appreciated the incredibly helpful staff who made buying bus passes super easy right at the front desk. Try to get familiar with the bus schedule for a smoother ride to the city.
