The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out and even checking us in early. the double room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. the location was convenient, just a short walk from the central train station and within walking distance of attractions like the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele.

The area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe, especially after dark. We didn't feel comfortable walking around at night and ended up staying in early.

I must say, I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for me as it was conveniently near the train station. I was able to easily explore the city without any hassle. Additionally, the hotel offered rooms with windows facing a quiet garden yard, which provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. I particularly loved relaxing on the balcony, overlooking the beautiful garden. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was simply delightful, with fresh bakery items and a lovely view of the garden. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit various attractions.

There were a couple of downsides. the streets around the hotel were not very clean, which did impact our overall impression.
