We stayed at this venue for six nights and we absolutely loved it! The location was perfect - right beside a small grove of lemon trees and across from a lovely park with sweeping views of the Bay of Naples. It was also very near the sea and situated in a nice quiet square. The staff provided excellent and loyal service at the reception desk, with professional hospitality, making us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Plus, the spa and wellness center was a great place to escape and relax.

There were no negative aspects to this place. We recommend it to everyone!

celebrated our anniversary in sorrento and continental made it extra special. staff was superb, food was amazing, and the view of naples and the coast was breathtaking. exceeded all expectations.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, ensuring that all our needs were met. Our rooms were cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided in the bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area - we took the ferry to Capri, visited Pompeii via the nearby train station, and went on an amazing excursion organized by the hotel called the 'Amalfi Drive'. a worthwhile experience!

stayed in sorrento before, but continental was a whole new experience. old world charm with updated facilities, friendly staff, and stunning coastal location. would go back again if given the chance. a very nice hotel indeed!

The sea view Terrance room was incredible, with stunning views of the sea, cliff side, and Mount Vesuvius. The classic old style of the hotel with its beautiful marble floors was a unique touch. The breakfast buffet was large and diverse, and the Terrance restaurant & bar offered fantastic views. The pool was large and sparkling clean. The hotel staff, especially Luka at the front desk, were attentive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
