We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the Turin area was perfect for exploring the city. The room service was top-notch and the housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, it made us feel pampered and valued as guests. The room amenities were a pleasant surprise, with heating and air conditioning to ensure our comfort. The flat-screen TV and sitting area were great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel's jacuzzi and garden area provided a peaceful retreat where we could unwind and recharge.

Room was too dark and the aircon wasn't working properly which made it difficult to sleep. , the breakfast was not satisfactory.
