Great outdoor seating area with fun activities.

The Starbucks in the lobby was frequently unattended, leading to disappointment when I was in need of my morning coffee. Additionally, the reception staff would not accommodate my request for a late checkout despite low occupancy during my stay. It felt like a missed opportunity for better customer service at this otherwise pleasant hotel.

I was really impressed with the pool area. Was chillin' in one of those cabanas with the ceiling fan, perfect for just hanging out after a long day. Also, the gym was well equipped, I could train without missing a beat, even spotted TRX bands which are rare in hotel gyms. It felt almost like a mini-vacation despite being there for business.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but with what you get, at least it felt worth it.

The parking fee of $14 per day feels a bit excessive!!! Communication about room layouts could be clearer, especially regarding joining rooms. Soundproofing needs work to avoid outside noise intrusion!!! A few more amenities like q-tips wouldn't hurt!!!

I enjoyed the spacious room, which had a lovely view of the pool. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the lively Spectrum Center, filled with great dining options and a vibrant atmosphere.

Room was wicked clean, and I was stoked about the Starbucks on-site. Easy stroll to the Spectrum, packed with fun stuff. The pool area was a blast for the kids, with games to keep them busy. Just wish they'd had my coffee ready in the morning. Had a great vibe overall!

How disappointing, I asked for a late checkout since I had an appointment, but the reception staff flatly rejected my request even though occupancy was low. Also, the Starbucks counter was unattended when I needed my caffeine fix. I almost had good things to say, but then I thought, no special treatment at all? Absolutely absurd.

Also, the staff were super friendly and made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming, just like family.

It is a fantastic hotel with spacious rooms and an impressive pool area that features fabulous cabanas and games for all ages, and the friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere!

The rooms were super comfy, and we loved hanging out in the nice lobby area. We checked out the Spectrum Mall and the nearby dining spots, which were a hit on social media. For future guests, just know that parking can be a bit tricky, so plan accordingly. Totally recommend this place!

Had a wonderful week in a Deluxe Queen Room with a stunning pool view. The breakfast burrito was fantastic, and the outdoor fire table was a lovely touch. Will definitely return!

This hotel was just a good match for a brief stop-in in Irvine with good price-value balance. The bathroom had Paul Mitchell body wash and lotion, which felt pretty nice. If you're arriving late, the night staff is friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze.

The Deluxe Queen Room with a Pool View offered a splendid ambiance with ample sunlight. During my stay, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, especially accommodating my wife when she wasn’t feeling well. While breakfast wasn’t available, the onsite Starbucks Bistro provided delightful options, though on the pricey side, fitting California standards. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Spectrum Mall, enhancing our overall experience.
