The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall, offering plenty of entertainment and dining options. We especially enjoyed the clean and pleasant swimming pool, perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

On the downside, the service at the restaurant was disappointing. We ordered pizza which took an unusually long time to arrive and was poorly cooked.

It was conveniently located near the tourist area by the water, as well as a small lagoon and shopping center. The hotel provided safe transportation options, with taxis sent to pick us up upon request. They were also very reasonable with cancellations, not charging us for the extra night we couldn't stay due to flight delays.

We were grateful for their well-prepared response and assistance. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, especially the fresh tropical fruit cuts and varied array of criollo plates. The staff were great and provided attentive service. The hotel's quiet location and landmark volcano design added to the overall experience. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Additionally, my room was ready early, which was incredibly helpful after a long red-eye flight. The room itself was spotless, with excellent AC and a flawless TV with over 500 channels. The hotel's location in a secure area of the city was ideal, as it was close to many main attractions such as the Malecon, Salvador Allende Boardwalk, and La Cathedral. Furthermore, there was a major shopping center right across from the hotel, making it convenient to grab a quick bite or buy necessities.
