Great location, just a short walk to the famous landmarks and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for local attractions. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.

The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a downside, especially for a British tea-drinker. the hairdryer in the bathroom was also in poor condition, with wires and plastic unraveling.

The rooms were spotless and the beds were really comfortable. the air conditioning worked great and the shower was lovely. the buffet breakfast was well organized and presented. the rooftop terrace offered amazing views of the city and the tower. the location was central, only a short walk to the main attractions.

The room was quite small, barely enough space to move around. the price seemed a bit high compared to what was offered.

Well-located hotel near Leaning Tower. Helpful staff, allowed luggage storage. Great walk to the tower at night. Good breakfast selection, but no eggs. Close to restaurants and shopping.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away on a quiet back street, making it an ideal place to explore the main sights of this medieval city. The location could not be better, with the Leaning Tower and Duomo just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The basic amenities in the room were exactly what we needed, with a comfortable queen size bed and an excellent shower. The breakfast provided a great selection, including options for vegans, and the warm bread rolls were restocked regularly. The highlight of our stay was definitely the nice terrace, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or breakfast with a view of Pisa.
