The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs as it was very close to Lackland AFB, where I was attending a military graduation. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, and the cleaning service was excellent. There were several aspects of the hotel that I was not satisfied with. the condition of the American flag on their flagpole was very worn and tattered, which was disappointing considering the hotel's location near a military base.
