I recently stayed at C-Hotels Diplomat for a few nights during my visit to Florence. The hotel's location was excellent, being very close to the station and incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The breakfast provided was more than sufficient, offering a variety of options including fruit, yogurt, pastries. The room, although a bit small, was spotlessly clean and offered a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, cleanliness, and breakfast options.

Convenient location next to the Train terminal and a underground shopping mall by the Firenze SMV station, making it easy for us to travel around the city. Cleanliness and well-designed rooms with all necessary facilities, including a kettle and tea/coffee. Helpful and friendly staff, despite being busy all the time. Late checkout until 12pm, allowing us to have a relaxed departure.
