the location was basically outside the train station, which was somewhat nice. but, oh my goodness, I woke up every morning to the thud of shoes above me! and don't even get me started on the bed—hard as a rock. no welcome gift either? what a disappointment. I almost thought I'd leave a good review, but I just couldn't.

We had an incredible view of the Duomo from our room! It was like waking up to a painting every morning. The breakfast buffet blew us away, not just your standard pastries. they had bacon and scrambled eggs. It felt so good to enjoy that after a night of exploring.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but considering what we got, it was still reasonable.

All good, fulfills its purpose. The location is prime for accessing tourist spots, and the welcoming handwritten note upon arrival is a lovely touch.

It was just an ideal choice for a weekend adventure in Florence and great for the money. The free water and sparkling water provided was a nice touch that really added to my comfort. Make sure to enjoy the cozy seating area on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing before heading out.

We really enjoyed our stay from the friendly welcome and the thoughtful gift bag that made us feel special. The cozy lounge was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee, and the nice little terrace added another chill spot. Just a heads-up, the shower lost hot water for a few moments here and there, but it didn’t ruin our time at all! ☕

The breakfast spread was vast. I especially loved the fresh pastries and variety of cheeses! ! The location was just perfect. so close to the train station and a short walk to all the attractions in Florence!
