The food, especially at the French Restaurant, was very good. The staff, such as Guillermo our waiter, was exceptional. The hotel facilities were top-notch with spacious bedroom and great shower. The location was close to the airport and offered a choice of lovely or quiet swimming areas.

I recently had the best honeymoon at the Hyatt Ziva in Puerto Morelos. The swim-in junior suite was absolutely perfect, with its private patio and lawn that led directly to the pool. The dining room services were top-notch and the food at the vast buffet was incredibly delicious. The hotel's beautiful pool, buildings, and park-like grounds made for a truly pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

The beach was disappointing as it was covered in seaweed, which made it difficult to enjoy the water. the resort could have done a better job of maintaining the beach cleanliness.

The morning yoga class with a great instructor and the beautiful exterior space were perfect for starting the day. The gazebo by the sea was an amazing experience. The spacious room and jet bath provided a relaxing stay. The staff was exceptional - personable, attentive, and friendly. The resort was accommodating of my gluten allergy and had plenty of options for me to eat. The food was abundant, with a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. There were also plenty of activities and exercise options available.

I stayed at this amazing resort for 3 nights to revive, renew, and rejuvenate. The staff at Hyatt Ziva was absolutely incredible and made my stay unforgettable. From the friendly and energetic entertainment team to the hardworking wait staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time. The pools were fabulous, always clean and with plenty of towels. The beach, though not ideal for swimming, was lovely for lounging. The restaurants on-site served excellent quality food, and the spa treatments were perfect. I felt truly special on my honeymoon, thanks to the little extras they did for us. The all-inclusive experience was top-notch, with attentive waiters and bar staff always ready with a drink in hand. I can't wait to return to this beautiful property.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with multiple pools and a new gym. Everything was well-maintained and never felt crowded. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and they were spacious with lovely balconies. The breakfast options were impressive, and the omelets made by Ana were amazing. The location was perfect, with easy access to a vibrant market where sellers offered unique and locally made products, as well as a fantastic Mexican restaurant.

The location of the hotel is great, with awesome views in all of the restaurants and on the beach, even during seaweed season. The Asian restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience, and the Mexican restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast spread is delicious, and the views from the rooms are stunning.

Some guests have reported experiencing food poisoning during their stay at the hotel.

We appreciated the complimentary chocolates and the rose petals on the bed, adding the romantic touch we were looking for. the hotel was conveniently situated near the airport and provided a shuttle service at no additional cost. the 24-hour room service was a bonus when we wanted to have a midnight snack.

The beach was unpleasant, with a putrid smell and a heap of seaweed. the drinks were weak, and we could barely taste any alcohol.

The beach did not meet my expectations, as it was of low quality. There was also a strange timeshare presentation that we were pressured to attend, which was a negative experience.
