The food, especially at the French Restaurant, was very good. The staff, such as Guillermo our waiter, was exceptional. The hotel facilities were top-notch with spacious bedroom and great shower. The location was close to the airport and offered a choice of lovely or quiet swimming areas.

I recently had the best honeymoon at the Hyatt Ziva in Puerto Morelos. The swim-in junior suite was absolutely perfect, with its private patio and lawn that led directly to the pool. The dining room services were top-notch and the food at the vast buffet was incredibly delicious. The hotel's beautiful pool, buildings, and park-like grounds made for a truly pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

The resort could have done a better job of maintaining the beach cleanliness. Additionally, some of the bars lacked energy and could benefit from a livelier atmosphere.

The morning yoga class with a great instructor and the beautiful exterior space were perfect for starting the day. The gazebo by the sea was an amazing experience. The spacious room and jet bath provided a relaxing stay. The staff was exceptional - personable, attentive, and friendly. The resort was accommodating of my gluten allergy and had plenty of options for me to eat. The food was abundant, with a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. There were also plenty of activities and exercise options available.

I stayed at this amazing resort for 3 nights to revive, renew, and rejuvenate. The staff at Hyatt Ziva was absolutely incredible and made my stay unforgettable. From the friendly and energetic entertainment team to the hardworking wait staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time. The pools were fabulous, always clean and with plenty of towels. The beach, though not ideal for swimming, was lovely for lounging. The restaurants on-site served excellent quality food, and the spa treatments were perfect. I felt truly special on my honeymoon, thanks to the little extras they did for us. The all-inclusive experience was top-notch, with attentive waiters and bar staff always ready with a drink in hand. I can't wait to return to this beautiful property.

The location was perfect, with easy access to a vibrant market where sellers offered unique and locally made products, as well as a fantastic Mexican restaurant.

The hotel was conveniently situated near the airport and provided a shuttle service at no additional cost. The 24-hour room service was a bonus when we wanted to have a midnight snack.

The beach was unpleasant, with a putrid smell and a heap of seaweed. It was frustrating that some of the advertised amenities, like water activities, were not available during our stay.

The outdoor swimming pool was pristine, and there were plenty of sun loungers. The live entertainment was lovely, and we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant with a special diet menu. We had a private facility that fulfilled all our needs.

The room lacked lighting, and we wished there were more makeup services available. Although the location was quite relaxing, there was no beach access.
