We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, and we loved the antique feel with the high ceilings and wooden roof. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with all our needs. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was away from the crowds but still close to all the interesting attractions. We were able to easily walk to the train station and explore the main tourist spots without any hassle.

The Vaporetto stop was also nearby. The room itself was clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The hotel had a charming entrance in a quiet lane, and it was a nice change from other hotels in the same price range. the staff was friendly and helpful, and there was no shortage of smiles and welcoming attitudes.

We also really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel, with a nice variety of fresh options to choose from.

One issue we had was during our checkout, where there was some confusion about the mini bar charges. Although we didn't take anything from the mini bar, we were initially told that we had taken drinks and snacks.

They went above and beyond by providing us with boiled water whenever we needed it, since there was no kettle in the room. They even upgraded our room free of charge upon our arrival. The location was great, with plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast, which had a wide variety of options. The room itself was very comfortable, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and a pleasant surprise of a patio door exit. The hotel was also conveniently located close to the train station, although there were two bridges with stairs to cross, so it might be best to ask for assistance if you have a lot of luggage.
