During our recent stay at Fairfield Inn, we were impressed with the excellent customer service. After a heavy snowfall, the female staff members were outside helping guests clean off their cars, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel itself offered great value for the price, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The location, although quiet, was conveniently located near a large regional mall and numerous restaurants. The easy access to highways made it convenient for exploring the area. The hotel also had a recently renovated and modern look, and the breakfast had a wide selection of hot and cold items. The comfortable beds and delicious coffee cake were definitely highlights of our stay. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for its excellent value and customer service.

The room was comfortable and suited our needs. It was clean, sanitized and had a great bedding. We loved the no pet rule due to our allergies. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a nice selection with turkey sausage and a great assortment of options including scrambled eggs, fruit, muffins, bagels, oatmeal. They even had sugar-free syrup, a bonus for our family!

Our room, a N/S King Suite, was beautiful and clean, with a very nice desk and a top-notch, perfectly working bathroom. The basic amenities provided were sufficient for our needs, and we particularly enjoyed the hot breakfast in the charming dining room. The breakfast selection was amazing, with options like eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit. The staff at the hotel, including the breakfast staff, were friendly, helpful, and cheerful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
