I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right off the city center and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. The hotel was located in a quiet square, away from the noise, but still close to everything. The room I had was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful old European charm. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely courtyard where I could enjoy breakfast. The staff was exceptional, always helpful and accommodating. They even served me breakfast in the lounge when I overslept. the cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, and location of this hotel were top-notch.

I recently had a stay at a charming hotel in Florence that exceeded my expectations. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the spacious rooms and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist Paolo who provided great recommendations for activities and restaurants. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk away from all the main historical attractions and surrounded by wonderful trattorias and pizzerias. Despite its central location, the hotel was situated in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bathrooms were very nice, with plenty of hot water for a refreshing shower. Plus, the view from the room overlooking the courtyard was a pleasant bonus. The breakfast provided a wide variety of tasty options, including cereal, croissants, ham, cheese, and a coffee machine for a much-needed caffeine boost. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated in a Tuscan Manor style with ornate ceilings. The bathroom is lovely with a large bath, perfect for relaxation. The staff are friendly and provide good service. The breakfast, although limited in choice, is adequate and offers a good start to the day.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that needed improvement.

Excellent location, within walking distance of all the sights and restaurants. Rooms were exceptionally clean with very nice bathrooms and comfy beds. Appreciated the small courtyard at the rear and the quiet location. The self-serve breakfast was adequate. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and great location.

Although the self-serve breakfast was not very varied, it was adequate and provided a good start to the day. The only drawback was that the UK plug adapters didn't work in the rooms, so I had to charge my phone in the reception area.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautifully restored building with bags of atmosphere. The hotel is exquisitely decorated and has a very homey feeling. The best aspects of the hotel include its cleanliness, the variety of hotel facilities, the convenient parking, and the great transportation options available. The location is ideal, as it is within walking distance of all the main attractions in this city. Additionally, the breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Not one thing could be improved upon.
