Nothing that I didn't like.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right off the city center and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. The hotel was located in a quiet square, away from the noise, but still close to everything. The room I had was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful old European charm. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely courtyard where I could enjoy breakfast. The staff was exceptional, always helpful and accommodating. They even served me breakfast in the lounge when I overslept. the cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, and location of this hotel were top-notch.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from popular attractions and the train station. We loved the spacious rooms and the view of the plaza and the Duomo from our window. The concierge was extremely helpful, especially Adrian who went above and beyond to assist me when I lost my cardholder. The 24-hour concierge and good breakfast were also much appreciated. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check out and continue exploring the city.

We felt privileged during our stay and had no reason to complain.

Loved the peaceful location in the center, near famous sights. Private parking area, ideal for car enthusiasts. The historic building gave a touch of elegance. Enjoyed the garden, perfect for smoking. Hot chocolate, espresso, and different flavors of tea for my picky taste buds.

Couldn't at least offer a private jet to pick me up from the airport? Such a disappointment.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bathrooms were very nice, with plenty of hot water for a refreshing shower. Plus, the view from the room overlooking the courtyard was a pleasant bonus. The breakfast provided a wide variety of tasty options, including cereal, croissants, ham, cheese, and a coffee machine for a much-needed caffeine boost. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
