The hotel itself exuded an old-fashioned magnificence, with a stunning dining room boasting a domed ceiling where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The rooftop restaurant offered panoramic views of the city, creating a truly memorable dining experience. With its own parking facility, I didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot in the busy city. The comfortable rooms and secure private car park added a touch of class to my stay. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight of our stay, with great food and a romantic atmosphere. The location of the hotel was also perfect, being centrally situated and close to all the major attractions. We loved being able to easily explore the city on foot. Lastly, the decor of the hotel was really charming and added to the overall ambiance.

The customer service was severely lacking, with no help provided for our luggage and a lack of communication and responsiveness from the staff. The towels were old and worn, and the furniture had visible stains.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was well-stocked and very clean. The service was noteworthy, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options that suited our needs perfectly.

I could easily walk to the Cathedral, Theater, and plenty of places to have a meal. The hotel is right on the principal street, which made it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, assisting me with my bags and providing excellent service. The breakfast selection was abundant and included a wide range of delicious dishes, many of which had a local Sicilian or typical Italian flavor. The breakfast rooms were beautiful, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The breakfast was superb with a variety of delicious options that satisfied all dietary requirements. The yogurt was especially creamy and flavorful. I recommend Eurostars for a pleasant stay in the city.

The staff were kind and understanding, even comping us a beer from the mini bar. The rooms in the grand palace conversion were spacious with 2 bedrooms and 3 baths. The hotel did a good job of maintaining and modernizing the facilities, including updated plumbing. The breakfast had a nice selection of items. The location was excellent and there was a beautiful rooftop terrace.

Fantastic welcome - great service - great location

We arrived early in the morning from the ferry and were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready. The staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome, making us feel instantly at home. Our room was lovely, with a little terrace for us to enjoy the winter sun with a glass of wine. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room had lots of windows that provided a pleasant view. The breakfast at the hotel was great, with a self-service option for tea and coffee and a wide selection of delicious food. The breakfast room itself was a lovely setting to start our mornings. We also had the opportunity to visit the panoramic restaurant on the top floor, where we enjoyed a drink and admired the beautiful views. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city on foot, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.
