I absolutely loved the beautiful decor throughout the hotel! The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and super cozy for my family!

I was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast or coffee available in the lobby, which could have made the stay much more enjoyable.

Room was canny clean and the staff were dead friendly, proper helpin' us out. Just wish they had some free coffee in the mornin', that woulda made it reet grand. Overall, it was a nice spot to stay.

No microwave in the rooms!!! Shower glass door design leaves water everywhere, not ideal. It would also be better to offer free coffee and breakfast to enhance value!!! Rooms could use more thorough cleaning processes!!!

The hotel has a great location for exploring Charleston.

During my stay, I encountered several frustrating issues. the shower water pressure was alarmingly low—almost non-existent. Moreover, I was shocked by the rude demeanor of the clerk at check-in, which set a negative tone for my visit. To top it off, there were questionable stains on the bed sheets that I had to handle myself by getting clean linens from downstairs.

The room was comfy with heaps of space, but the shower had dodgy water pressure, and I missed a complete shower door. Still, the staff were super friendly!

I reckon they got a real cozy feel to the place, and the beds were comfy as all get out. Katie in sales treated us right—made our stay feel like home. Just wish the breakfast was included, it seemed a bit pricey for that extra. And bless my heart, could've used some cooler air in the room, too.

This place suits me perfectly! Great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor pool make it very comfortable. The staff even returned my forgotten headphones on my first visit! Definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing getaway. I'll be back for a romantic escape.

It was just a balanced option for a break on long journey in Summerville with value for price. The fridge barely kept anything cold at all, which was a bit frustrating. Make sure to bring your own snacks, as there was no complimentary breakfast available.
