We loved the convenience of the hotel's location, right next to the main train station. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a stunning interior and spacious, quiet rooms. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of options including delicious croissants and healthy smoothies. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff went above and beyond to assist us, from arranging dinner reservations to organizing a private tour of Da Vinci's Last Supper and his additional drawings. We also made use of the hotel's complimentary Maserati shuttle service, which was a standout experience. The suite upgrade we received through our elite status was incredible, complete with a spacious living room, dining room, bedroom, and a luxurious marble bathroom. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of options including a juicer where fresh fruits and vegetables were prepared on the spot. The rooftop terrace bar provided stunning views and the bar staff served a top-notch complimentary aperitivo. we highly recommend this hotel for its top-caliber service, luxurious accommodations, and excellent amenities.

We had an absolutely extraordinary stay at this hotel. the level of service and facilities provided by Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection property, was unbelievable. From the seamless check-in and out process to the beautiful and modern room with a great view, everything exceeded our expectations. the hotel went above and beyond by offering complimentary amenities such as fresh fruits, water, and Nespresso in the room. the staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel special throughout our stay. We were even able to utilize the spa facility to freshen up after checking out. the concierges, Alessandro and Mauricio, were especially wonderful, assisting us with a difficult problem when our flight was cancelled.
