what a pity this hotel is so charming but utterly neglected! I faced a blocked shower drain, which they 'fixed' but it wasn’t truly repaired. I also expected a room upgrade due to these issues but was treated like everyone else, how rude! I almost considered a good review, but I just couldn't.

The rooftop terrace offered a stunning view of Rome, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that dramatically affected my experience. The bathroom ventilation was poor, which resulted in an unpleasantly humid atmosphere and mold development. Additionally, I experienced significant noise disruptions from the street below, as the hotel is situated in a bustling area. This completely overshadowed any charm the hotel had, making it difficult to relax or enjoy my stay.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a few issues. The noise from the buses right outside the hotel made it difficult to relax, especially at night. Additionally, the room we were given was quite small, lacking adequate ventilation and natural light, which made it feel cramped and uninviting. Lastly, the elevator was very cramped, which made navigating with our luggage quite challenging.

i had the absoluteley worst experience at this hotel! second, there was no professional greeting upon entering, quite rude honestly. i thought maybe an upgrade would be offered, but nope, just more annoyance. shame, i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

While the room could have been bigger, the staff offered helpful tips for exploring the area, which enhanced my experience. Having a sweet and savory buffet for breakfast was a treat. I appreciate when service staff are attentive. Overall, it met my expectations.

Charming hotel in a prime location, just a short walk from historical sites like the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The staff were incredibly attentive and remembered my name, which added a personal touch. However, be prepared for noise from the busy street below, especially at night.

I must say, the room felt a bit like a dollhouse—adorable but tiny! And good luck sleeping with the noisy street. I half expected an ambulance to start a dance-off outside!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food options including an expresso machine that is hard to find elsewhere. The convenience of being just 2.5 km from the main train station made it easy to explore all the major sites within walking distance.

the location of della torre argentina is perfect , just a short stroll from major sites. the staff was super welcoming and helped us with everything, even arranging our airport shuttle. breakfast offered a fantastic variety.
