I had hoped for a more comfortable stay. The lack of an elevator made carrying our bags up the stairs a real hassle, and we had to rely on Mr Loreto’s help. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was very poor, making it difficult for us to stream videos or stay connected. It saddens me that such a nice location was overshadowed by these inconveniences.

Incredible location, just minutes from the Colosseum.

Our experience was dragged down by several issues. The bed was hard as a rock, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was tremendously unreliable, which was frustrating for planning our daily outings. There was also no information regarding check-in, making it confusing when we arrived.

The location's excellent, just steps from iconic sights like the Colosseum, with friendly staff offering helpful tips. Spacious rooms and nice complimentary toiletries add a warm touch. Despite the ambiance and access, the hard beds and modest décor fell short of expectations. With a lack of information on check-in, it felt less personal than anticipated.

The sandwiches near the inn were a revelation—each bite bursting with authentic flavors that had us planning our meals around them! Plus, with the Colosseum and Roman Forum just a short stroll away, we soaked in the history as we explored. The spacious room and clean facilities made our stay cozy yet vibrant!

If you need assistance with luggage, don't hesitate to ask staff. they are very helpful and accommodating.

Our host Mr Loreto was excellent, helping us book a taxi with our baggage. We enjoyed a spacious Superior Triple Room with a large double bed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Colosseum and Pantheon. There were nice pizza restaurants just across the street. Overall, a great experience! 😊

i was so disappointed. no elevator, and lugging bags up the stairs is just ridiculous, even if Mr Loreto helped. also, the wifi was worse than dial-up, streaming was an absolute joke. almost gave a good review, but no complimentary upgrade or gift upon arrival really takes the cake! not coming back!

The location is unbelievable. Just a couple blocks from the big ancient ruins, we even walked to the food places nearby, and the manager was super hands-on, helping us reserve a wonderful dinner spot. We didn’t have to worry about taking public transport at all, which was a relief and saved us time.

The hosts were attentive and provided invaluable recommendations, even helping us navigate some unexpected strikes during our visit. We faced minor inconveniences like some unreliable Wi-Fi and the room's sparse decor, but the spaciousness and comfortable double bed somewhat compensated for that. Extra touches like provided toiletries added a nice detail to our stay.

It was just a good match for shopping in Rome with good value for cost. The hosts made our stay special by providing us with a map and excellent local tips for exploring. Be sure to ask them for their restaurant recommendations. you won't regret it!

Great neighborhood with friendly helpful staff! 😊 Location is awesome, super close to the Colosseum and plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was clean and spacious, which made our stay even better! Can't wait to return!

Everything was just right.

I enjoyed my cozy stay with a spacious room and delightful breakfast in bed each morning. The hotel offers great ways to unwind like relaxing in the comfortable lounge area or taking a stroll on the lovely terrace. The Wi-Fi could be spotty at times, but it didn’t really take away from the charm of this place. 😊
