The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the staff provided great service and the included breakfast at a nearby café was a nice bonus.

We found it incredibly convenient to have multiple restaurant choices on the same street and a mini market next door for essentials. Additionally, the included breakfast at the nearby Ciardi Bar was excellent. The staff, especially Loreto, the manager, provided excellent customer service. He was thoughtful, caring, and full of helpful suggestions. From ordering a taxi for us to carrying my wife's luggage down, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in the heart of Rome for four nights. Nicolas Inn exceeded my expectations in every way. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with the beds made and fresh towels provided daily. The manager was incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The location was unbeatable, with a view of the Colosseum and the Forum ruins from the street. There were plenty of coffee bars, shops, and restaurants within walking distance, making it extremely convenient.

Best aspects of our Easter stay: the location couldn't have been better. We were just steps away from major attractions and the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the friendly staff provided us with a map of the area and gave us helpful recommendations for restaurants and gelaterias. We also appreciated the spacious and nicely appointed room, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom.

Worst aspects of our Easter stay: the noise from other guests and a hair dryer in the inn could be quite disruptive, especially when trying to sleep in. the shower in the bathroom was a bit cramped and not the most convenient to use.
