We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and everything was extra clean. The mini bar was well-stocked and the breakfasts were delightful. The location was perfect for exploring the city. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience.

One drawback was the complicated payment system. We were asked to pay a deposit before arrival and then pay again when we checked in.

I recently stayed at Family Affair for one night and I wish I could have stayed longer. The staff were super friendly and the room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is conveniently located near the central historical section, within walking distance to many of the sites and great restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of yummy items and great cappuccinos. They even made a special cake for my son's birthday - so sweet! it was a fantastic experience with attentive staff, beautiful rooms, and a delicious breakfast.

We had no complaints about the hotel and would be happy to recommend it.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and modern. The location was convenient and the staff, especially Ramona, were incredibly kind and accommodating.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly in terms of the quality and freshness of the pastries and cold cuts. It would have been nice to have some fresh orange juice or lemon slices available.

The property offers spacious rooms with a great shower in the bathroom. The staff is very attentive, even accommodating late arrivals. The breakfast is AMAZING, with a variety of delicious options. The nearby parking is convenient for those traveling with a car.

My stay at Family Affair in Palermo was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the wonderful host, Ramona. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable and elegant atmosphere. The location was also perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city and enjoy the nearby shops and restaurants. The breakfast served was delicious, and having a pod coffee machine in the suite was a lovely touch. I truly didn't want to leave this charming hotel and I can't wait to return. I highly recommend Family Affair for an unforgettable stay in Palermo.

We had an amazing stay at Family Affair. The hotel is charming, conveniently located and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was unique and beautifully decorated, with high ceilings, exposed brick and two lovely balconies. The bathroom was also stunning. Although we didn't have breakfast, they left us some snacks in the room. The hotel is situated in a great area, close to the city and with a supermarket just around the corner. The receptionist was very helpful and even arranged a taxi for us. it was a special and memorable experience.

The breakfast room with music in the background and beautiful details made us feel cozy and comfortable. The entire hotel smelled amazing. The breakfast had everything we desired, from fresh bread and fruits to delicious sweets. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The hotel was conveniently located near the main street, a 24/7 Carrefour, and the 101 bus station.

As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the convenient location of the property. It was just a 5-minute walk to the airport shuttle stop, making it extremely easy for me to get around. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and the bed was big and comfortable. The room I stayed in, Massimo, had plenty of space and a spacious shower room. The staff at the property were very nice and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the exquisite breakfast that was served each morning, with delicious and high-quality food.

I felt most welcome during my stay at the property, and I have no complaints at all.
