I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Milan recently. The hotel had a great atmosphere and the lobby and rooms were decorated so cute. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite with plenty of space and all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, just a short walk from the metro. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was within walking distance from the central station and close to a metro station. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with comfortable bed linen. The lobby lounge/bar was inviting, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. Additionally, the staff was friendly and the hotel had a clean and modern feel.

Some aspects of the hotel did not meet expectations, such as the early breakfast end time and the high price for the breakfast buffet.

The staff at Palazzo Cornalia were incredibly accommodating and attentive to our needs. They even went out of their way to ensure my partner, who is pregnant and lactose intolerant, had the appropriate breakfast options. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious, creating a comfortable ambiance during our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location near restaurants and public transportation.

The receptionist during check-in seemed disengaged, watching YouTube instead of assisting us. However, the second shift receptionist made up for it by helping us book a car service to the airport.

Great location, close to train stations and a short walk or quick public transport ride to the Domo. Spacious and modern rooms, with beautiful fittings in the bedrooms and bathroom. Very helpful and accommodating staff, going above and beyond to assist guests. Memorized specific dietary needs, like lactose intolerance, providing a personalized experience. Staff were quick to respond and resolve issues, such as a broken A/C, by moving guests to a room with working A/C.

Felt right at home, as if I was just relaxing and nothing was too much trouble.

During our recent Christmas visit, we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff; we were gifted complementary toiletries, water and treats in our room. the hotel’s prime location near public transportation made it easy for us to explore the city. the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a holiday stay.

The hotel is situated on a street that may not appear to be the safest, but is only a short walk to bustling and trendy areas with plenty of restaurants and nightlife. Another downside is the lack of a full restaurant on the premises, particularly for breakfast, which could benefit from more varied egg options.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious and comfortable stay with its exclusive amenities and top, notch service. the room had all the advantages of a high, end hotel and the in, room breakfast made me feel pampered. the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing and the private facilities added an exclusive touch. the location was convenient for me, as it was close to public transportation.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. It made it difficult for the toilet to discharge water mist from the room after taking a shower.
