The location is perfect for visiting Strong Memorial Hospital, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The room had a musty smell when we arrived, which wasn't great. Also, the indoor pool access was confusing, having staff say it was open but the door stayed locked a few times.

Renovated rooms, pleasant staff, reasonable prices, daily specials, smoothies and milkshakes, wine by the glass.

Nothing it is perfect.

The value for our money was excellent, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and large smart TVs. The location was convenient, especially being close to the RIT campus. The staff treated us with courtesy and professionalism throughout our stay.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety and options available.

During my recent stay at the Rit Inn & Conference Center, I was impressed with the size of the room and the availability of private car parking.

The hotel had both an indoor and outdoor pool, which was a great feature. the outdoor pool was particularly enjoyable and provided a nice atmosphere for swimming. the hotel was also conveniently located near the Genesee Historical Village, making it easy to visit. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. This made for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the hot tub was not accessible during our visit due to a lack of lifeguard.

The lobby looked nice and welcoming. The room seemed clean. Breakfast could be delivered to the room from Petals restaurant. Check out was at noon.

Great size rooms and comfortable beds. Perfect for a good night's sleep. Convenient location for bringing my daughter to and from school. The staff is kind and understanding, making us feel like family. The hotel offers a restaurant and pool, which are great amenities for families. I appreciate the accessibility of the hotel as well.
