Amazing stay at a hidden gem!

We were initially surprised by the hotel's location within a shopping mall, but once we stepped inside, we were blown away. The hotel was very clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The homemade cookies at the reception were a delightful treat, and we couldn't get enough of them. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and refreshing, providing the perfect way to relax after a long day. The barbecue area was a great addition, allowing us to enjoy a delicious grilled dinner in a beautiful courtyard setting. The mattress was super comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. Despite the minor drawback of not having a mini refrigerator in the room, everything else made up for it. we had an incredible stay and would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

As adults, we were delighted by the upgraded rooms and comfortable beds at the lodge. The hardwood, laminate flooring was a nice touch, and the absence of carpet was greatly appreciated. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a fridge and microwave in our room. The free coffee and breakfast were delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The lodge's proximity to the grocery store and restaurants made it incredibly convenient. We found the affordable price and close proximity to Viejas casino to be a major plus. a great stay!

The staff is well-trained and friendly. The food is tasty, especially the cookies. The rooms are tidy and clean. The property has good coffee makers in the room and an excellent breakfast room. The pool and spa are heated and comfortable. The lobby has a cozy mountain lodge vibe. It is close to Lions, Tigers and Bears wildlife rescue. It is a cost-effective alternative when visiting Viejas, and there is a shuttle.

As young families, we loved the friendly and accommodating staff. They even opened the breakfast area early for our birding group. The property was quiet and centrally located for birding and local attractions. The room was great and the grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was wonderful with freshly made food, and the staff went above and beyond to provide us with fantastic muffins when we had to leave early.

We were delighted with the warm welcome we received at check-in. The friendly GM Manager ensured we could check in early with a smile. Our room was spotless and the cleaning staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating. We were also impressed with the congeniality of the assistant GM, Anthony Perkins. The night staff member, Todd Whitehead, stood out with his positive attitude and politeness towards everyone. The highlight of our stay was being able to use the large welcoming room to play board games with friends. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we visit the area. highly recommended.
