The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel special from the moment we arrived. The meals were amazing and the hotel had great facilities, including a stunning swimming pool and beautiful views over the bay of Naples. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center, shopping, and the harbor. The hotel grounds were tranquil and serene, while still being within walking distance of central Sorrento.

We felt so welcome that we didn't have any complaints at all.

While visiting Sorrento, we stumbled upon a hidden gem with a breathtaking view. The terrace overlooking the sea and Vesuvius at sunset was simply stunning. The drinks and bites we enjoyed were top-notch, and the service was outstanding. Despite a birthday party taking place in the dining room, the hotel staff managed to accommodate us and create a memorable experience for all. It was the perfect way to kick off our stay in Sorrento. I highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful stay at this utterly fabulous hotel. Perfect location, marvellous interiors, and glorious grounds with beautiful views. The hotel has genuine old world charm and is like being in a movie. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. Loved the little touches such as the white telephones and artwork. Stay here at all costs.

During my recent stay at the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria, I was truly impressed with the breathtaking views from the hotel. The seaside view and the beautiful gardens created a serene and heavenly atmosphere that made my stay truly memorable. The location of the hotel in the middle of town made it extremely convenient for exploring the area, and the easy access to the ferry for a trip to Capri was a major plus.

The terrace with stunning views is perfect for evening drinks. Complimentary snacks accompany the drinks. The large pool area has excellent towel and drink service. Great location close to the center and ferry for trips.

As we stepped inside, we were immediately captivated by the magnificent views of the ocean. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room, with its stunning view, was beyond our expectations. While not overly spacious, it offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were especially thrilled with the location of the hotel, right in the heart of town, yet perched high above, overlooking the ocean. It was the perfect combination of convenience and tranquility.

Although there were a few small drawbacks, such as the limited breakfast options and the minor inconvenience of noise from traffic below, these were minor compared to the overall experience. The hotel's attention to detail and impeccable service truly made our stay unforgettable.

Had a fantastic New Year's stay! the staff were amazing, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the attractions. the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, we could see the sparkling lights of the city and the beautiful coastline.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, from the smooth check-in process to the helpful and friendly staff. The concierge assisted us with arranging car services and provided valuable recommendations. The hotel's proximity to the marina and other attractions in Sorrento was a major plus. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.

During our Easter stay, we were impressed with the beautiful surroundings and the luxurious amenities offered at the hotel. the breathtaking views from our room and the stunning coastline location were definitely the highlights of our trip. Additionally, the attentive staff made us feel like VIPs throughout our entire stay.

Although we had an overall fantastic experience, there were a couple of minor downsides. First, we encountered some issues with our mirrored wardrobe in the room, as it was difficult to open.
