The staff was excellent, child activities were the highlight, very nice staff, private concierge 24/7 access, shuttles available every 2 mins, very safe.

The kids' activities were fantastic, and the staff was excellent. We had 24/7 access to a personal concierge, perfect for when we needed recommendations. the shuttles ran frequently, and the location was incredibly safe.

While the food wasn't the best, it was still relatively standard for an all-inclusive. the gift shop items were pricey, and we didn't think they were worth the cost.

We were impressed with the intimate atmosphere and exceptional service that fulfilled all our needs. the Spa & Wellness Centre was an oasis of relaxation, with various treatments, massages, and steam rooms. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, which had sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and a stunning garden area. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had special diet menus and served delicious in-room breakfast and poolside snacks.

Although the hotel offered an aqua park, the beachfront did not have an area for leisure and relaxation.

The location of the hotel is exceptional, with convenient access to shuttle services every 2 minutes, ensuring easy transportation. The private concierge available 24/7 adds a great level of convenience and personal attention to guests' needs. Guests rave about the excellent and friendly staff, providing a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
