I had high hopes for a stylish getaway. But from missing money to grating noises at dawn, my dream vacay turned into a sitcom. Mold corners and rude staff added a delightful touch. Eduardo, you’re my hero! At least the pool was an oasis in a land of chaos. And the door that needed a body slam? Must have thought I was in a wrestling match. could’ve been worse, but definitely not feeling like a design queen post this stay. Ciao! 🇮🇹

The hotel's location is superb, a short walk from the bustling town center and close to the train station for easy trips to Pompeii and beyond. the view of the streetscape is lively, with plenty of dining options nearby. the pool invites relaxation after exploring neighboring towns like Positano and Amalfi.

Thin walls may result in noise disturbances from other guests or corridors.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a week and were impressed by the friendly and obliging staff. Our room was upgraded to one with a balcony, offering stunning views of the sea and Vesuvius. the breakfast selection was amazing, with a variety of fresh and delicious options. the modern design of the rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient location near transportation to the Amalfi coast all added to our enjoyable stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

During a recent business trip to Sorrento, my director selected the Grand Hotel Flora for our stay. the hotel impressed me with its ample amenities, including a swimming pool with solarium, jacuzzi, and snack bar, perfect for those looking to bask in the Sorrento sunshine without venturing far. the room I stayed in was spacious and clean, complete with a lovely terrace boasting stunning views. the staff was incredibly polite and accommodating, and the breakfast spread was delicious, served with a breathtaking panoramic view on the 5th floor. the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the nearby shops and restaurants.

Upon arrival, we encountered a minor inconvenience as we had to wait for 20 minutes at 9 pm for them to find a room.
