Terrific staff, safe and clean apartment, great breakfast delivered. Functional, clean room with nice view, good nearby bakery. Nice staff, tourist-friendly area with great restaurants and shops, close to attractions.

Our stay at this place was amazing. This venue is in a great location close to many nice restaurants and shops, which is great for exploring. The staff was very friendly, always with a smile, and accommodating to our needs. They even provide a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a dining table. We also enjoyed the outdoor dining area and the bar/lounge area.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We recently stayed in an arty apartment situated perfectly in the heart of the city nearby a metro station and surrounded by plenty of restaurant choices. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful during our short stay. The rooms were cleaned to a satisfactory level, and the common areas were stylishly decorated. We also appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out times.

The shower was difficult to use without water getting onto the bathroom floor.

We had a fantastic stay at Chiado Arty Flats. The apartment we stayed in had a stunning view of the plaza and church. The location was perfect, with lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the artistic touches throughout. The kitchenette was well-equipped and the bathroom was clean and luxurious. The staff, especially Caterina, were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the fast wifi in our room. Despite a couple of minor issues with lighting and noise from the hallway, our overall experience was fantastic. We would definitely recommend Chiado Arty Flats for a memorable stay in Lisbon.

This hotel is in a great location - very close to everything! You can easily walk to many attractions and restaurants. One of the best things was the view from our room of the church square - it was beautiful! We also appreciated the personal touches which made us feel extremely welcome, like the free bottled water and very good breakfast.

Easter weekend was amazing thanks to the excellent hotel experience. We enjoyed complimentary daily cleaning and changing of towels, as well as the supply of toiletries and bottled water. the hotel's strategic location between the two popular neighborhoods was a big advantage as we got to explore more of the city. Lastly, the friendly and helpful staff made our vacation more enjoyable as they gave insider tips on the best places to visit.

Honestly, we found nothing to complain about. the hotel exceeded our expectations and made our Easter weekend unforgettable.
