the room was filthy, especially with scuffed walls and dried bird mess we had to clean ourselves. no wi-fi on the 5th floor is just absurd! for the price of a supposed superior room, i expected to at least be greeted properly, or perhaps a complimentary gift would have been nice, but i guess that’s too much to ask.

I loved the beautiful decor and warm fireplace area. Our room had a cute little balcony for morning coffee, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was pretty good, though it got crowded at times. Just a heads up, the flush in our bathroom needed some serious attention. Still, everything else was super solid!
