The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Everything was immaculately clean, from the rooms to the hotel facilities. Parking was plentiful and convenient, with dedicated spaces for residents. The hotel is located in a peaceful residential area but is still within walking distance of the city center and Inverness castle. The breakfast provided was top-notch, and the restaurant service was first-class.

Despite a few minor issues, I found the location of the hotel to be excellent for exploring the Highlands. The breakfast offered a good variety, especially the fried eggs, sausages, and bacon, which were delicious. I also appreciated the spacious bathroom and the great sauna in the hotel. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, good location, and enjoyable amenities.

I had the most incredible stay at a cosy hotel with the friendliest staff ever! They made my stay absolutely perfect. Despite the horrible weather, the spa zone was a great escape, and the facilities were cosy and comfortable. The location was also ideal, just a short walk from the town center and bus station. The breakfast was absolutely deluxe as well. But the standout for me was definitely the incredible friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Two complimentary drinks and chocolates were a nice touch. Perfect location for exploring the city center. the room had a good view of the surrounding area and was spacious.

The hotel was unclean and outdated. the bed was uncomfortable and there was a lack of soundproofing.

This hotel is situated in a lovely green area just outside the town centre. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The room was clean, with a window that opens, and provided all the basic amenities like toiletries, tea, coffee, and biscuits. Breakfast was served in a lounge and I was offered toast at 6.45 am.

The breakfast in the morning was a great start to the day, with a good choice of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The room had a recently refurbished bathroom and the carpet seemed fairly new.
