The staff were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Room service was prompt and the housekeeping was impeccable. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a terrace, garden furniture, and even pet amenities, which was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities such as an ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. this place is a true gem.

The restaurant service was disappointing, with overpriced, mediocre food and rigid protocol from the waiters. The complimentary appetizers were tiny and tasteless, and drinks and dishes were expensive with unclear prices. The decor in some rooms was old-fashioned and the parrot scatter pillows had an unpleasant smell. Some staff were friendly and attentive, while others could use some training in customer service.

The food at Talland Bay Hotel, Looe is absolutely amazing! We had the pleasure of trying the 5-course menu and every dish was outstanding. The scallops, beetroot and cheese tart, and the duck were all cooked to perfection. The attention to detail and the flavors were top-notch. We were also impressed with their extensive wine list and their specialty of over 100 types of G&Ts to choose from. The food alone is worth a visit to this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bay Hotel in Looe. The location is fantastic, with stunning views overlooking Talland Bay. The grounds are well maintained and provide a quiet and secluded atmosphere. The breakfast offered plenty of choice and even included sausage for our dog. The car park is spacious, and the bedroom and bathroom were modern and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the dinner options were great, including a delicious Sunday roast. We also enjoyed the selection of drinks available. We can't wait to return and try their fine dining!

My partner and I recently stayed at the Talland Bay Hotel in Looe to celebrate our 20th anniversary, and it exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and caring, especially when they noticed my partner was struggling with illness. They offered to have food sent to our room and made it clear that they were there to help in any way they could, without causing a fuss. The hotel staff truly made our stay memorable and special.
