I loved the location of the hotel. It was conveniently close to all the major attractions, but still quiet enough to have a peaceful stay. The hotel is situated on the Praça do Comércio, a stunning square with beautiful architecture and views of the river.

Luxurious amenities and exceptional service made our stay at this hotel an unforgettable experience. The Spa & wellness centre with a sauna, indoor swimming pool and treatment room left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast, and the bar/lounge was a great place to unwind. Our room had a private balcony with sun loungers, offering a stunning view of the water. The location, in the heart of the city, was ideal for exploring.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the small size of the room, which lacked space for our luggage and personal items. However, this was a minor issue, and the exceptional service and luxurious amenities more than made up for it.

My partner and I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right across from the Praco de comercio and next to the busy Praça de Comércio. We enjoyed the stunning view of the river from our room. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the provided mobile phone. All in all, a great stay and we would not hesitate to return.

Spending Christmas here was a great decision! The hotel offered complimentary mulled wine and mince pies, which made it feel like the holiday season. The location was fantastic, close to all the major attractions and easy to find. On top of that, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help with our needs.

The rooms were quite small and cramped. We had trouble moving around with our luggage and would have preferred more space.
