I recently had a very enjoyable business stay in a wonderful hotel in Sicily. The location was fantastic and offered stunning views of the marina and pedestrian walk. It was also conveniently located near the main dome/church square, making it easy to explore the city. The room I stayed in was lovely, clean, and well-presented. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. The breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor was a delightful experience, with a variety of freshly made and premade options. my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

The WiFi in my room was not very reliable, which was a bit inconvenient for work purposes.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the island. We didn't need a car at all during our stay and could easily explore all the nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of items to choose from. We also enjoyed the rooftop view, it was breathtaking and made our mornings even better.

The room layout was a bit cramped and the bathroom was small. We also found the room to be quite hot, even with the heating turned off.

The rooftop terrace at Grand Hotel Ortigia offers breathtaking views of the city. I loved enjoying breakfast and dinner while taking in the stunning scenery. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, making it convenient for exploring the city.

In terms of drawbacks, I experienced a minor issue with the lighting in my room, but the staff promptly fixed it within 24 hours. Additionally, the hotel's bar was not staffed, which was a bit disappointing.

The location was unbeatable, and the views from the upper terrace were breathtaking. The art deco features throughout the hotel added a touch of elegance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the convenience of having parking available for my car rental. The breakfast provided on the upper terrace was a nice bonus, with a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for a quick visit to Siracusa.

I did experience a couple of minor issues during my stay. The air conditioning in the room seemed to be a concern for some guests, with complaints about rooms being too hot to sleep in.
